- Assistance with IRS & DOL Audits – If your plan is selected for an audit from either the DOL or IRS, we will communicate with them on your behalf and guide you through the process.
- Plan error corrections – We help plans correct plan administration errors such as late deposits. We handle all calculations and prepare any necessary forms with the IRS.
- We will also review your current plan, even if we do not do the plan’s general work, to see if there are any improvements that could be made to better service your business and retirement goals.
In addition to designing Employee Benefit Plans, we also have a team dedicated solely to the audit of employee benefit plans. We are a member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center, and we are trained specifically in these types of audits.
