Where is your office located?
Our office is located at 100 Washington Avenue South, Suite 1600. This is the office building on Washington Avenue between 2nd Avenue and Marquette Avenue.

We are on the 16th floor.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Firm holidays include New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If a holiday falls on a weekend day, the office will typically be closed the Monday following the holiday.

Where is the best place for me to park when I visit your office?

Parking is provided in the lot behind our building. Enter the lot by turning onto either Marquette or 2nd Avenue followed by a quick turn onto 2nd street. The entrance to the lot is off of 2nd street. Please be sure to bring your ticket to the receptionist for validation.

How far is the airport from your office?

Depending on traffic conditions, plan on a 20 to 30 minute drive from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport to our Minneapolis office.

What hotel accommodations are near your office?

The closest hotel to our office is The Courtyard by Marriott (or commonly referred to locally as The Depot) located at 225 Third Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota. They can be reached at (612) 375-1700.

Can you provide me driving directions?

From the North
Take 35W South to the Washington Avenue exit. Turn right (West) onto Washington Avenue to 2nd Avenue. Take a right (North) onto 2nd Avenue to 2nd Street South (which looks almost like an alley) and take a left (West). Parking is provided in this lot behind the building on 2nd street.


From the East:
Take I-94 West to the Cedar Avenue exit (exit number 234C). Turn right onto Cedar Avenue (CR-152 N). Bear left onto Washington Avenue and continue for 1 ½ miles. Turn right (North) onto Marquette. Turn right again onto 2nd street. Parking is provided at the back of the building in the lot off of 2nd street.

From the South:
Travel North on interstate 35W. At the 35W and MN-65 (Downtown Exits) split, stay in the left lane and take the MN-65 Downtown Exits. Remain on 5th Avenue South as the interstate ends. Take 5th Avenue South to Washington Avenue South. Turn l

Our firm uses many precautions to protect the confidential information of our clients and therefore have high security settings when it comes to email.
