Minneapolis & St. Paul Sick and Safe Time Ordinance
The cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul are scheduled to roll out their sick and safe time ordinance(s) for most employers on July 1, 2017. It’s important that employers affected in both cities do their due-diligence to make sure they are compliant with the new ordinances. As we stand today, the Minneapolis and St. Paul sick and safe time ordinances will only be enforced against employers residing within their respective city limits.
